Principals ---
I.A. Yip established our firm in 1976, a year after winning the Torgeson Architectural Prize for his design of the AOHeng Museum of Modern Graphics in Oslo, Norway.
Hannah Lau is our Director of Operations, and that rare combination of architect AND engineer.
Philosophy ---
Ultimately, our goal is to create high-quality buildings that are appropriate to their settings AND extremely functional. Over the years, we have completed over 400 projects, many of which have been featured in best-selling architectural books and international magazines.
Personal attention to each job ---
Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our architects.
Client participation ---
We invite our clients to participate and provide input during the design process and throughout construction: we never forget that our job is to make your dream a reality.
Creativity ---
Creativity is achieved through input from our architectural collective, as well as through brainstorming sessions with the client. Because each of our designs is driven by a unique customer dream, when each is completed it expands our conception of what is possible. Expect style and class that will not fade with the ages.
Professionalism ---
We maintain a consistently high level of professional care and responsibility in each project. We guarantee all of our work to be of the highest quality, as we know our clients would expect nothing less. Your project is indeed our project.

If elected JP, I pledge:
· to continue to build upon the professionalism and
integrity that has been established by Judge Autry
and those who served before him.
· to partner with the school districts in precinct 3 to
combat truancy and increase community involvement
among our youth. I will actively seek opportunities to
support the schools. As a leader in the community, I will be able to lend my resources to promote and/or
create dropout prevention, substance abuse
education, anti-bullying and family support initiatives.
· to make the office more accessible to the public by
creating a web site that offers the ability to pay fines
and fees online, as well as offers downloadable forms routinely used by the community. This service will be
more effective and efficient to manage, requiring less
man hours and allowing the public the ability to take
care of business online rather than missing a day of
work. I will use the website as a resource of useful
information about the court and available resources
in the community.
· to continue to effectively manage the budget of the
office to ensure that every tax payer dollar is used wisely and without waste. I will work to secure grants to supplement existing resources for the betterment of our communities.
